Welcome! The Association of Professional Orchestra Leaders (APOL) is a not-for-profit organization formed in 1978. Its members are prominent and successful musicians of the Chicagoland area. Their music has been heard at thousands of social, corporate, and charity events annually.

The "Finding the Appropriate Musical Group" link on the left will get you started. Here you will find many tips to guide you in selecting the best musical entertainment for your event.

The musicians of the APOL understand the importance of having the right musical group for your special event. We're here to guide you through the process and give you the resources you'll need.

Guided by the APOL Code of Ethics and Professional Standards, the organization encourages the highest values of professionalism and musical excellence. We further strive to educate the public regarding the value of live musical entertainment.
